In Pereiras-Gare near Odemira in the Alentejo.
How is it produced?
From the best hand-picked olives on the family-owned herdade (estate). The olive harvest takes place every year from the end of October until late November.
What makes it special?
Very low acidity and full fruity aroma. You can taste the passion of the producers.
How/where would you use it?
As a finishing olive oil for anything. The fantastic design and branding make it an attractive addition to any table.
