You enter the villa through a huge, bright entrance hall with spectacular water features, which then leads to an exceptionally large living/dining area, with the front constructed in glass and steel, and radiant with sunlight. There is a modern kitchen with a breakfast area and one double bedroom suite on the same floor. The interiors have been beautifully chosen with great attention to detail: the overall effect is stunning and will impress the most discerning individual. 

A double staircase sweeps up to the first floor with a majestic master suite and three further bedrooms and vast roof terrace with 360º panoramic view of the golf courses and the Atlantic Ocean.

The basement is an experience itself: state-of-the-art home cinema, shower room, Turkish bath, gymnasium, games room with pool table, football table and tennis table, small bar with music system and one twin-bedroom suite. There is also a laundry room, together with  a sixth bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and covered terrace, a gas BBQ, umbrellas and sun loungers, together with a Jacuzzi.

You can hold your wedding ceremony and cocktail in the garden overlooking the pool, or the side garden area, which is sheltered by the beautiful trees. Dinner can be served on the covered terrace or in the side garden (provided you chose to hold the ceremony and cocktail in the pool area), and you can party to a DJ inside in the lounge, which has a beautiful view of the pool.

There is a wet weather option which is suitable for parties up to 60 people.
